Counting To Calculus

Master Math. Accelerate Learning. Love the Journey.

At Counting to Calculus, we teach math for true mastery, not by grade level. Students move forward as they master each concept—building confidence, never skipping topics, and often advancing 4+ years ahead of the national average. Along the way, they explore the history of math, making the journey engaging and meaningful. From Counting to Calculus, we equip students to thrive in school—and in life.

Hi Mr Tarfa! You have always been a huge inspiration to me and much of my desire to learn and grow can be attributed to the classes I had with you. I would be honored to have you and your wife at my wedding in November. Keep inspiring people!

Listen to this instructor. He will break down a math problem in so many different ways till you understand how it is to be done.

College Students after a semester of teaching

I’m doing well, just looking at your profile because I was asked why I picked Electrical Engineering, and my decision was nourished by your teaching and mindset about learning and using math to better the world. I think my path changed for the better because of your influence in both a spiritual and educational sense. I passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam too.

You challenged us to really reflect on what was going on in our life, to look for our blessings. This is just one of many lessons, large and small that are now a part of who I am today. Something that I still think about to this day whenever someone asks me how I'm doing. I can say with conviction that I have been truly blessed by our Awe Inspiring God and the Amazing people in my life! Amos, thank you for all of the time, passion, and care that you invested into each and every one of us!

Former Homeschool Student

My daughter just called me with her Sept ACT scores. Her composite is a 28. Math 22 ----25 (3 Point Increase) & Science 25 - 31 (5 Point Increase) We all are very happy to see how her math and science improved. She says the video series was very helpful and doing a little each day was nice and not overwhelming. Thank you so much for your help!
